Ninety-one years old, three new frames and a very patient owner.
We are a small yard on the IJsselmeer that brings tired botters and schouwen back to the water. This note collects what worked, what did not and what we would do differently next time.
In short: start simple, write every step down and do not trust the first explanation you hear.
